. One thing i did noticed, and i’m not sure it’s related to this Gotu kola, even thou i heard it’s related, my hand and legs veins are now looks normal… I used to have my veins so noticeable that it looked scared, specially in the summer time, and now my hands and legs are flat.
I have been taking it together with ginkgo biloba and I can focus much better. I have had trouble not being distracted while doing the same activity and this helps me a lot. For me personally Gotu Kola has the effect of making my facial skin smoother and the pores smaller, but what I like it most for is the effect is has on my mental state, basically calming me down and making me less reactive or stressed.

Just don’t take these prior to bed or you’ll be up all night. This product doesn’t give any sense of anxiousness which is the absolute beauty of it, because I’m already one of those people are up and adam’ at the crack of dawn ready to work without coffee. With that being said, this product has helped me maintain consistent clarity. I’m diagnosed manic bi-polar as it is and I don’t even take any other medications, as this has helped me tremendously to keep my routine disciplined and maintained. I did a little research and discovered Gotu Kola has some contraindications. It reduces testosterone levels, which isn’t something you want as a man. On the other hand, I have PCOS and my testosterone levels are elevated, so reading that I was like hmmm, I have an idea. I purchased Gotu Kola for myself and currently try to determine if it’s beneficial. My latest ultrasound showed that the cysts are smaller than they used to be, but I attribute it to Inositol and Folic acid that I also take. Nevertheless, I consider Gotu Kola a good addition. I’ve also read that Gotu Kola is beneficial for blood circulation which helps with varicose veins and headaches.
